I am pumped at how much better my knees feel after just 1 month of the Move Better Series! The short but effective workouts fit into my busy schedule and I like reading the comments from other athletes which gives me accountability and challenges me. The videos are super helpful as well and each exercise allows me to scale to where I'm at currently. The witty remarks that the judges insert in the descriptions and videos are hilarious as well. Overall, I'm so thankful I started this program. I have already seen measurable gains in my strength in just 3 weeks.

This is a wonderful exercise program and is making a huge difference to me physically and psychologically.
Ordinary chores, like opening jars and lifting heavy objects, are now easy, even after only two weeks!
This training program has been awesome! I was a endurance athlete for many years completing several 100 mile runs, climbing most of the big cascade mountains, and racing mountain bikes. Now having a family I wanted something I could do to keep functional fitness and do it from home with limited time. This has been a great program just for that! Thanks Max and Darcy!
I had done CrossFit for years and then COVID hit. Like many others, I bought all I needed to have a home gym. I was doing good, but Igot burnt out on coming up with my own workouts and unfortunately stopped working out. Darcy approached me about trying out the Move Better Series. What was so great about the MB Series is it helped me get back into strength training and slowed things down to help me work on my form. I have taken what I've learned during the MB series and am now crushing it (and getting crushed!) through the GPP and getting stronger!

Hey Max!
Hope your summer is bitchin. Just wanted to reach out and say thanks for the program. I'm really loving it. I'm really excited to make up today's workout (which I missed).
I'm heading out to the Clark's Fork of the Yellowstone tomorrow for an overnight kayaking trip. "The Box" is a really really cool run with challenging whitewater and some savage portages with a boat full of overnight gear. When I tweaked my knee this last spring, it was one of the first things I thought of. The fear of not being able to get in that canyon again was the catlyst for me to got to Granite PT and in turn get on board with your training/teaching program.
The progam is awesome and I don't think I'd be heading out tomorrow without it. I really appreciate the alignment cues, the pace of the workouts and being able to refer to videos of the exercises.
Just wanted to reach out to say I appreciate it.

Having no prior lifting experience and worsening back pain, I was pretty intimidated to start . After a year and half of doing the Move Better and GPP programming, I'm pretty pumped to report that I can deadlift #165 and just did my first handstand push up at 48! More importantly, I feel strong in life and can move with confidence in the mountains. Thanks so much for the constant encouragement, the sequential building and the solid coaching. I feel strong and mountain fit!
Although I had lifted in my 20's, in the past 30 years I had relied on work to make me strong for work. I started having lots of assorted aches and pains and began thinking it was the new reality of getting old. Doing a few visits of PT with GSM, I realized that my soreness wasn't from lacking strength but more that my tendons weren't able to keep up with the pace of manual labor all week and mountain fun on the weekends (and sprinkled throughout the week!). Through the slowed down pace of the Move Better Series, I was able to put some seriously concerning knee pain and swelling put in the rear view. Not only are my aches and pains gone, I'm weight room strong again.
